1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Blitz Speed Dating ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Blitz. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, promptly update your account information if it changes, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; harass, abuse, or harm other users; post false or misleading information; upload inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content; impersonate any person or entity; attempt to circumvent security features; or use the App to spam or solicit other users.
5. Video Dating Sessions
When participating in video dating sessions, you agree to behave respectfully and appropriately. Recording, screenshotting, or distributing video sessions without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require payment. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription renewals will be charged automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. However, by using the App, you grant Blitz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App's services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitz Speed Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
